Tony Willoughby

Prinicpal

Tony is a native of Birmingham and has been in the financial services industry for almost 30 years.  He maintains  Series 7, Series 6, Series 63 and a Series 65 securities licenses as well as insurance licenses in multiple states. For over 35 years Tony has been in the private practice of law representing businesses and business owners with executive and employee compensation and benefits, succession planning, business transactions, estate and charitable planning.  Tony received his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. 

He currently serves on the board (and is past president) of The Alabama Federal and State Tax Institute. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Tax Law as well as Top Attorneys- ERISA & Corporate/Financial in Birmingham Magazine.

Being both an experienced tax attorney and an investment advisor gives Tony a unique perspective in identifying, analyzing and addressing his clients complex and often multidisciplinary issues.

Tony has been married to his wife, Suzanne since 1985 and has three children and one grandson.  Tony enjoys spending time with his family, Auburn Football, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
