Tegan Ketchie serves as the integrator for the Ketchie Team, aligning people, systems, and priorities to support a smooth and intentional client experience. As Team Support Manager, she helps ensure that the advisors and support staff have the structure, tools, and clarity they need to operate effectively and serve clients well.

With a background in business and a knack for balancing details and people, Tegan brings a steady hand and a deep sense of care to her work. Whether she is refining workflows, managing internal communication, or handling the unexpected, she approaches it all with quiet leadership and a strong sense of purpose.

Outside the office, Tegan shares life with Josh and their three spirited daughters, who keep her on her toes and fill her world with laughter, questions, and glitter. She is an ice-skating enthusiast, finding both peace and joy on the ice, and she enjoys teaching Sunday school at her church.
